These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, the company that operates the 10X Shape platform. By enrolling in any programme, creating an account, accessing any part of the platform, or communicating with a certified wellness coach through our channels, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not enrol in a programme or continue to use the platform. Your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms as published on this page.
In these Terms, "platform" means the 10X Shape website, applications, and associated communication channels; "programme" means any structured wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle coaching package made available through the platform; "Coach" means an independent certified wellness professional who delivers coaching services to clients; "client", "you", and "your" mean the individual who enrols in a programme; and "we", "us", and "our" mean the company operating the platform. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any statute include that statute as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform in every capacity, whether you are browsing publicly available pages, enrolled in an active programme, or accessing archived programme materials after a programme has concluded. Additional terms may apply to specific features, promotions, or programmes, and where such additional terms exist they are supplementary to and not in substitution for these Terms. In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms and programme-specific terms accepted by you at the point of enrolment, the programme-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that programme only.
The platform provides wellness coaching and nutrition guidance services only. We are not a medical provider, a hospital, a diagnostic facility, a licensed dietetics practice, a physiotherapy service, or any form of regulated healthcare undertaking. Coaches engaged through the platform are certified wellness professionals and are not doctors, nurses, registered dietitians, or licensed medical practitioners unless expressly stated otherwise in their individual profile. Nothing made available through the platform should be understood as a substitute for professional medical advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
All meal plans, movement protocols, supplementation guidance, habit frameworks, educational modules, recorded sessions, written materials, and coaching communications distributed through the platform are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition. No content available on the platform should be construed as a clinical recommendation, and no statement made by a Coach should be relied upon in place of guidance obtained from your own physician or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional familiar with your medical history.
You must be at least eighteen years of age to enrol in any programme or create an account on the platform. By enrolling you represent and warrant that you have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract, and that all information you supply during registration, assessment, and onboarding is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of age or identity, and to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading.
Certain features of the platform require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep that information current throughout the period of your engagement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account, either by email or by telephone on 9289993191 during support hours, so that the account can be secured without delay. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
The quality and safety of the guidance you receive depends materially on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to disclose, honestly and completely, all relevant details concerning your health status, medical history, existing conditions, prescribed medication, allergies, intolerances, injuries, surgical history, pregnancy status, and any other factor that could reasonably affect the suitability of a nutrition or movement programme for you. You further agree to update your Coach promptly should any of these circumstances change during the course of your programme.
Before beginning any wellness, nutrition, or exercise programme you must consult a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have or suspect you may have any medical condition, injury, metabolic disorder, cardiovascular concern, eating disorder, or other health issue. This requirement applies with particular force if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, recovering from surgery, undergoing treatment for any condition, or taking prescription medication. We do not provide medical clearance, we do not assess medical fitness, and we do not review or interpret clinical reports. Obtaining appropriate clearance remains your responsibility at all times.
Enrolment in a programme does not replace ongoing medical supervision. If you are under the care of a physician, specialist, or other healthcare professional, you should continue that care throughout your programme and should inform your treating clinician that you are participating in a structured wellness programme. Should your clinician advise against any element of your programme, that advice takes precedence, and you should notify your Coach so the programme can be adjusted or discontinued accordingly.
Upon confirmed enrolment you will be assigned a certified wellness coach who will deliver your programme through the communication channels agreed at onboarding, which typically include messaging applications and the platform itself. Programme delivery, which is administered by 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited from its registered office at House No. 1283, First Floor, Sector-14P, Hisar, Haryana 125001, ordinarily commences within twenty-four to forty-eight hours of confirmed enrolment and payment. Delivery timelines are expressed in working days and exclude national public holidays. All services are delivered digitally and no physical goods are dispatched at any stage; details of digital delivery are set out in our Shipping and Exchange Policy.
Coaches are assigned based on availability, programme type, language preference, and, where relevant, regional considerations. We do not guarantee assignment of any particular Coach, and the identity of your assigned Coach may change during your programme. We reserve the right to reassign Coaches where necessary to maintain service quality, to accommodate Coach availability, or in response to a reasonable request from a client. Where reassignment occurs we will endeavour to ensure continuity of your programme records and progress history.
If the coaching relationship is not working for reasons unrelated to programme content, you may request reassignment to a different certified Coach on one occasion during your programme at no additional cost. Such requests should be made in writing and will ordinarily be actioned within five working days, subject to Coach availability. Repeated reassignment requests may be declined at our reasonable discretion where they indicate that the programme itself, rather than the coaching relationship, is unsuitable.
Coaching communication takes place primarily through messaging applications operated by third parties and through the platform. Your use of any third-party communication channel is additionally governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies, over which we exercise no control. Message delivery, availability, and retention on third-party channels are determined by the relevant provider. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, message loss, or service outages attributable to any third-party communication platform.
Coaches operate within defined working hours and are not available on a continuous basis. Ordinary coaching queries receive a response within one working day. The platform is not an emergency service and must never be used to seek assistance in a medical emergency or any situation requiring urgent attention. If you experience a medical emergency you must contact local emergency services or attend a hospital immediately.
Each programme has a defined duration stated at the point of enrolment. The programme period commences on the date your personalised plan is issued, not on the date of payment, unless expressly stated otherwise. Programme duration is not extended by periods of client inactivity, non-response, travel, illness, or voluntary pause, save where an extension is agreed in writing in advance. Requests for extension will be considered reasonably but are not guaranteed.
Programme content is constructed from structured frameworks maintained by the platform and personalised by your assigned Coach according to the information you supply during assessment. Personalisation is a professional judgement exercised by your Coach and is not a clinical prescription. Content may be revised during the programme in response to your progress, feedback, adherence, and reported circumstances. Revisions are made at your Coach's professional discretion and at no additional cost.
You may request revisions to your meal plan or movement protocol at reasonable intervals during your programme. Revisions are provided at no additional charge and are subject to your Coach's professional judgement as to whether a revision is appropriate. Excessive or repeated revision requests that prevent any plan from being followed for a meaningful period may be declined, since programme outcomes depend materially on sustained adherence to a consistent protocol.
Where a programme references nutritional products, supplements, or goods supplied by third parties, those items are supplied by the relevant third party under its own terms and are not sold by the platform. We make no representation as to the quality, suitability, safety, availability, or pricing of any third-party product. Any purchase of such products is a separate transaction between you and the relevant supplier, and any complaint concerning such products must be directed to that supplier.
Individual results vary significantly and depend on numerous personal factors including consistency, adherence, starting health condition, dietary compliance, exercise participation, sleep quality, stress levels, hormonal profile, medication, and metabolic characteristics. No specific result, weight change, body composition outcome, or health improvement is guaranteed, promised, or warranted. Testimonials and case studies displayed on the platform reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results. Any figures quoted in marketing material are illustrative only.
The platform sells structured guidance and professional coaching attention. It does not sell an outcome. Your results are determined principally by your own actions over the course of the programme. Dissatisfaction with results, in the absence of a failure by us to deliver the agreed services, does not constitute grounds for a refund and does not represent a breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for following your programme in good faith, for reporting progress and difficulties honestly, for responding to check-ins within a reasonable period, and for raising concerns promptly rather than allowing them to accumulate. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement about your physical capacity on any given day and for stopping any activity that causes pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or distress.
Physical activity and dietary change carry inherent risks including but not limited to muscular injury, joint strain, fatigue, dizziness, digestive disturbance, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By participating in any programme you acknowledge these risks, accept them voluntarily, and confirm that you participate at your own risk having obtained appropriate medical clearance.
You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any Coach, staff member, or other client, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to any system or account, to scrape or harvest data, to circumvent access controls, or to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any programme content. Breach of this section entitles us to suspend or terminate your access immediately without refund.
Coaches are entitled to a respectful working relationship. Abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or persistently unreasonable conduct directed at a Coach may result in immediate reassignment, suspension, or termination of your programme. Where termination occurs on these grounds no refund is payable in respect of the unexpired portion of the programme.
We endeavour to keep the platform available at all times but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or reasons beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where reasonably practicable. No compensation is payable for temporary unavailability.
We may add, modify, or withdraw features of the platform at our discretion in order to improve the service, respond to technical requirements, or comply with legal obligations. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a programme you have already paid for, we will notify affected clients in advance and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable alternative.
The platform integrates services operated by third parties, including communication providers, hosting infrastructure, analytics tooling, and payment services. Your use of the platform may therefore be subject to the terms of those providers. We select providers with reasonable care but are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, or changes to their own terms.
The platform may contain links to external websites and resources. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement. We have no control over the content, availability, or practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Your access to any linked site is entirely at your own risk.
Programme prices are displayed at the point of enrolment and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices may be revised from time to time; revisions do not affect programmes already purchased. Promotional pricing is available only for the period stated and is not applied retrospectively to earlier purchases.
Payment is collected at the point of enrolment by 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, a company bearing Corporate Identity Number U62091HR2026PTC142528 and Goods and Services Tax Identification Number 06AACCZ9261H1Z0, through our authorised payment partner, an entity licensed by the Reserve Bank of India as a Payment Aggregator. All card, banking, and payment instrument data is captured, processed, and stored exclusively by that partner in accordance with applicable security standards. We do not store, process, or have access to your payment instrument data at any stage.
Available payment methods are determined by our authorised payment partner and may include cards, unified payments interface, net banking, wallets, and instalment facilities where enabled. Availability of any particular method is subject to the partner's arrangements with participating banks and lenders and may change without notice. We do not control which methods are offered to any individual client.
Where an instalment or equated monthly instalment facility is offered at checkout, that facility is provided by a bank or lender and not by us. The terms of any such facility, including interest, processing fees, tenure, eligibility, and consequences of missed instalments, are governed entirely by the agreement between you and the relevant bank or lender. You should read those terms carefully before proceeding. We receive the transaction value and have no role in the credit arrangement.
An instalment facility is a credit arrangement. It may involve a credit assessment, may be recorded with credit information companies, and may attract interest, processing charges, and penalties for late or missed payment. Where a no-cost instalment option is presented, the phrase describes the effect on the client and does not indicate that no interest exists within the underlying arrangement. You should satisfy yourself as to affordability before selecting any instalment option.
All amounts are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees unless expressly stated otherwise. Where a payment is made from outside India, the amount finally debited may differ owing to exchange rate movement and charges applied by your own bank or card issuer. Such differences are outside our control.
Applicable indirect taxes are charged in accordance with prevailing law, the operating company being registered for Goods and Services Tax in the State of Haryana under registration number 06AACCZ9261H1Z0 with effect from 23 April 2026. Each certified Coach is responsible for their own tax compliance, including registration and invoicing obligations where applicable. Where you require a tax invoice for coaching services, that invoice should be requested from your assigned Coach. Invoices issued by the platform relate to platform fees only.
A payment confirmation is issued by email to the address supplied at enrolment following successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address supplied is accurate and capable of receiving mail from us. Failure to receive a confirmation owing to an incorrect address, full mailbox, or spam filtering does not affect the validity of the transaction.
Where a payment fails but an amount is debited, or where a duplicate charge occurs, the excess amount is refunded in full. Such refunds are ordinarily processed within five to seven working days of identification or notification, whichever is earlier, and may be reported to billing@10xshape.com or by telephone on 9289993191 between ten in the morning and seven in the evening, Indian Standard Time, Monday to Saturday. You should notify us promptly if you identify a duplicate or erroneous charge.
Where a programme is offered on a recurring basis, the recurring mandate and its frequency are disclosed at the point of enrolment. You may cancel a recurring mandate at any time in accordance with the instructions provided, and cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Amounts already collected for the current cycle are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before a Coach is assigned to you, or within forty-eight hours of payment, whichever occurs first. Cancellation requests should be sent in writing from the email address used at enrolment, quoting the payment date and transaction reference.
Once a Coach has been assigned and your personalised assessment, meal plan, or movement protocol has been created, the programme is non-refundable. This reflects the fact that Coach time is reserved exclusively for you and that personalised materials are created individually and cannot be reallocated. You may nonetheless discontinue participation at any time, which stops any future billing.
Cancellation and refund are separate concepts. Cancellation means ending your participation and any future billing obligation. A refund means the return of money already paid. Cancelling a programme after it has commenced ends future obligations but does not automatically entitle you to the return of sums already paid, save in the specific circumstances identified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
A full refund is due where no Coach is assigned within seventy-two hours of confirmed payment, where a duplicate or erroneous charge has occurred, and where we are unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons within our control. In each case the refund is processed to the original payment method without the need for negotiation.
Approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within seven working days of approval and typically reflect in the destination account within a further five to ten working days depending on the practices of the receiving bank or card issuer. Instantaneous refund is not available on instalment-based transactions.
Where payment was made using an instalment facility, the refund is credited to the underlying card or credit account. Any interest, processing fee, or charge already applied by the bank or lender is governed by that institution's own terms and is not within our control. You may continue to owe instalments to the lender until the refund has been processed and applied by that institution.
Where a refund is due under our Cancellation and Refund Policy, it is processed by the platform directly. You are not required to negotiate a refund with your Coach, and you are not required to obtain your Coach's agreement before a refund is issued.
If you have a concern about a charge we ask that you contact us first, because a direct request, whether made to billing@10xshape.com, by telephone on 9289993191, or in writing to A-47, South Extension, New Delhi 110049, is ordinarily resolved considerably faster than a formal bank dispute. Raising a matter with us does not limit or waive any right you have to pursue a dispute with your bank or card issuer, and we cooperate fully with banks, card issuers, and our payment partner in all dispute and chargeback processes, providing documentation promptly on request.
10X Shape is a technology platform that connects clients with independent certified coaches. The coaching services agreement is formed between the client and the assigned Coach. The platform supplies the technology, the tools, the programme frameworks, and the administrative infrastructure; it does not employ Coaches and does not itself deliver coaching. Payments are collected and settled through our authorised payment partner directly into each Coach's own account, and the platform retains only its platform fee.
Coaches are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or partners of the platform. Nothing in these Terms creates a relationship of employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership between the platform and any Coach. Coaches are responsible for their own professional certification, insurance where applicable, and compliance with laws applicable to their practice.
We require Coaches engaged through the platform to observe professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and courtesy. Where a Coach falls short of those standards we will investigate on receipt of a complaint and may reassign the client, issue guidance to the Coach, or remove the Coach from the platform. Complaints about Coach conduct should be raised with us rather than resolved privately.
All content made available through the platform, including meal plans, movement protocols, video material, written guides, assessment frameworks, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that content for your own personal wellness purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, sell, sublicense, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. You may not share your account credentials or programme materials with any other person. Unauthorised distribution is a material breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.
Where you submit progress photographs, measurements, written feedback, or other material to the platform, you retain ownership of that material and grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering your programme. We will not use identifiable client material for marketing purposes without your separate, express, and revocable written consent.
Where you provide a testimonial you consent to its publication in the form supplied or in an edited form that does not alter its substance. You may withdraw consent at any time by written notice, following which we will remove the testimonial from platform-controlled properties within a reasonable period. Material already distributed to third parties may not be recoverable.
Where you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback concerning the platform, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction and without obligation to compensate you. This provision does not apply to your personal health information, which is governed by our Privacy Statement.
Personal data collected through the platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable Indian data protection law. Health information you share with your Coach is treated as sensitive personal information, is used solely to personalise and deliver your programme, and is not sold, rented, or used for advertising purposes.
Health and assessment information you provide is shared with your assigned Coach for the purpose of programme delivery. Coaches are required to treat that information as confidential and to use it only for the purposes of delivering your programme. Where you are reassigned, relevant records may be transferred to your new Coach to preserve continuity.
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active and thereafter for such period as is necessary to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any overriding legal retention requirement, by writing to privacy@10xshape.com or to the data controller, 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, House No. 1283, First Floor, Sector-14P, Hisar, Haryana 125001, India.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No system is entirely secure, however, and we do not warrant absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own credentials and for using appropriately secure devices.
The platform uses cookies and similar technologies to operate essential functionality, remember preferences, and understand aggregate usage. You may control cookie behaviour through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the operation of parts of the platform.
Where you have consented, we may send you information about programmes, features, and offers. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in any such communication or by written request. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional or service communications necessary for the delivery of your programme.
The platform is not directed at persons under eighteen years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal data from such persons. Where we become aware that data relating to a minor has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
We aim to make the platform usable by as broad a range of clients as reasonably practicable. Where you encounter an accessibility barrier we encourage you to tell us so that it can be considered in future development. We do not warrant compatibility with every assistive technology or device configuration.
These Terms are published in English. Where a translation is provided for convenience and a discrepancy arises between the translation and the English text, the English text prevails.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the platform, nor its directors, officers, employees, Coaches, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or participation in any programme, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any programme shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you in respect of that programme in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its Coaches against any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your infringement of any third-party right, or your failure to disclose material health information required for the safe delivery of your programme.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, governmental action, civil disturbance, industrial action, failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure, or interruption of third-party services. Performance is suspended for the duration of the event and resumes as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may suspend your access to the platform where we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security compromise, or non-payment. Where suspension is applied we will notify you of the reason and, where appropriate, of the steps required to restore access.
You may terminate your engagement at any time by written notice to us or to your assigned Coach. Termination takes effect on receipt and stops future billing. The financial consequences of termination are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We may terminate your engagement on written notice where you commit a material breach of these Terms, where your conduct towards a Coach or staff member is abusive or threatening, where you provide materially false health information, or where continued delivery would be unsafe or unlawful. Where termination arises from your breach, no refund is payable for the unexpired portion of the programme.
On termination your access to programme materials ceases. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including those concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, data protection, and dispute resolution, shall continue in full force.
The expiry or termination of these Terms shall not affect any right or obligation that has accrued prior to that date, nor any provision expressly or by implication intended to continue in force thereafter.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliate or to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business, provided that your rights under these Terms are not thereby diminished.
These Terms, together with the policies expressly referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and arrangements, whether written or oral, relating to their subject matter.
No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, and no single or partial exercise shall preclude any further exercise. A waiver is effective only if given in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms do not confer any right or benefit on any person who is not a party to them, save that Coaches may rely on those provisions which are expressed to be for their benefit.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or relationship of agency between you and us, and neither party has authority to bind the other.
Notices to us must be sent in writing by email to legal@10xshape.com or by post to 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited at House No. 1283, First Floor, Sector-14P, Hisar, Haryana 125001, India, with a copy, where convenient, to A-47, South Extension, New Delhi 110049. Notices to you will be sent to the email address registered on your account. A notice sent by email is deemed received on the working day following transmission, provided no delivery failure notification is received.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion before initiating formal proceedings. Either party may initiate this process by written notice describing the dispute and the outcome sought.
Any dispute not resolved through good-faith discussion shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy available to you as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection law which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
A complaint concerning any aspect of the service should first be raised with our support team in writing at hello@10xshape.com, or by telephone on 9289993191 between ten in the morning and seven in the evening, Indian Standard Time, so that it may be investigated. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within forty-eight hours and to provide a substantive response within seven working days, or to explain the reason for any longer period required.
Where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the ordinary complaints procedure, it may be escalated to our Grievance Officer, whose details appear below. Escalated complaints receive a formal written response.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we maintain a designated Grievance Officer for the receipt and resolution of formal grievances. Grievances may be addressed to Taramani, who serves as Grievance Officer, by email at grievance@10xshape.com or by telephone on 9289993191, or in writing at A-47, South Extension, New Delhi 110049, India. Every grievance received is acknowledged within forty-eight hours of receipt and resolved within thirty days.
We maintain a record of grievances received, the action taken, and the date of resolution, and retain that record for such period as applicable law requires. You may request confirmation of the status of a grievance you have raised at any time.
We cooperate with regulatory authorities, banks, card issuers, and our payment partner in relation to any lawful enquiry concerning transactions conducted through the platform, and will produce records reasonably requested for that purpose.
We may apply automated and manual checks to detect fraudulent enrolment, payment fraud, and misuse of promotional offers. Where fraud is reasonably suspected we may decline an enrolment, suspend an account, or reverse a transaction, and we will notify the affected client of the action taken.
Promotional discounts, launch pricing, and referral incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside them, are available only for the period stated, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time before purchase. Only one promotional offer may be applied to a single transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where a referral incentive is offered, entitlement arises only once the referred client has completed enrolment and the applicable cancellation window has elapsed. Incentives are not payable in respect of self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or enrolments subsequently refunded.
Where a third party promotes the platform under an affiliate arrangement, that party acts independently and is not authorised to make representations on our behalf. We are not bound by statements made by any affiliate which are inconsistent with these Terms or with material published on the platform.
Marketing material published by us or on our behalf is subject to the results disclaimer set out in these Terms. Where any advertisement, landing page, or social media statement appears inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practice, or the services offered. The date of the most recent revision appears at the head of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be notified by email or through the platform in advance of taking effect.
Amendments take effect from the date of publication or from such later date as is specified. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment you should discontinue use and, where applicable, exercise any cancellation right available to you.
Our Privacy Statement, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Shipping and Exchange Policy, Health Disclaimer, and Official Rules form part of these Terms. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and a specific policy, the specific policy prevails in respect of the subject matter it governs.
The trading name 10X Shape is used in respect of the wellness coaching services described in these Terms, and the operating company's incorporation particulars, registered office, and correspondence address appear in the payment, notices, and grievance provisions above. The company's Permanent Account Number is AACCZ9261H and its Goods and Services Tax registration particulars appear in the payment and taxation provisions above.
General enquiries may be addressed to hello@10xshape.com. Billing and refund enquiries should be sent to billing@10xshape.com, legal and compliance correspondence to legal@10xshape.com, and privacy requests to privacy@10xshape.com. Telephone and postal contact details are set out in the notices and grievance provisions above.
By enrolling in any programme you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you have had the opportunity to seek independent advice concerning them, that you understand the nature and limitations of the services offered, and that you accept the risks and responsibilities described. These Terms take effect from the date of your enrolment and continue until terminated in accordance with their provisions.
