Once your payment is confirmed a certified 10X Shape coach is assigned to you within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Your coach handles onboarding, the lifestyle assessment, plan creation, and your Day 1 setup, so there is nothing further you need to do after enrolment other than watch for their first message. Questions about a charge, a cancellation, or a refund should be sent to billing@10xshape.com. Every billing query is acknowledged within forty-eight hours, and refund requests are assessed against our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
