Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and IT Act 2000, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by 10X Shape.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST

Include your full name, registered email address, and mobile number used during registration

We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days

You receive a deletion confirmation email when all data is removed

Data subject to deletion includes: account information, health profile, coaching records, and meal plans. Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required under Indian financial regulations. Deletion may result in termination of active coaching services.
